Terms & conditions

These terms govern your use of the Varsity Supreme website and your purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them with care.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we cannot verify payment. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

Custom and made-to-order products

Most of our jackets are custom and made to order. Before we cut anything, we send you a free digital proof of your design, sizes and colors. You approve that proof and we build exactly what you approved. Free design proof, so what you see is what we make. Because each custom jacket is produced for you, change-of-mind returns are not accepted once a proof is approved. See our Refund and Returns Policy for defects and remakes.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order through our payment provider. You confirm that the payment method is yours and authorized.

Shipping and delivery

Made & shipped in 3 days after proof approval. Delivery time after that depends on your address and carrier, and full details are on our Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

Your designs and content

If you upload or request a logo, name, monogram, crest, mascot or other artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You grant us a limited license to use that artwork only to produce and fulfill your order. We are not responsible for content you supply, and we may decline artwork we believe is unlawful or infringing. All Varsity Supreme designs, photography, text and branding remain our property.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, infringe rights, or interfere with the site’s operation or security. We may suspend access if you do.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Varsity Supreme is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you order is the version that applies to your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [governing state], United States, and any dispute will be handled by the courts located there.
